Happy November! Today I’m sharing a warm and cozy Thanksgiving table using the rich colors of fall. And I’m joining some blogging friends who are also sharing their tables as well. If you are landing here from Martha at Simple Cozy Charm, I’m so happy you’re here!
This is my second Thanksgiving table this year and I wanted it to be quite different from my first. If you missed my Rustic Gold Thanksgiving table, you can catch that post here. I used all gold and cream and did an elegant table with pears and greens. This time around, I wanted to use the rich colors of fall and create a warmer feel. I have some fig salad plates that I’ve had for a few years, and I’ve always loved the colors so I decided to let those lead the way.
I lined eucalyptus along with figs and artichokes down the center of the table for a warm yet natural runner that uses the bounty of nature that fall has to offer.
The candles are mercury glass votives.
The flowers are a mix of white hydrangeas, turning hydrangeas from my bushes, eucalyptus (always!) and a couple of seasonal deep-berry colored flowers from Trader Joe’s.
I love the fresh figs on the table. Not only are they pretty, we got to eat them afterward!
The color of these Pottery Barn votives is so unusual. Kind of a cross between gold and copper.
