An Amazing French Vintage Decor Book!

I have something special to share with you today, and for all of you fellow Francophiles, I think this will be a fun post for you! As you know, I love French Country/French Vintage style more than anything! Well, a good blogging friend of mine named Jamie, who writes the blog So Much Better with Age, has a very similar aesthetic. Jamie lives in Canada and shares her amazing style on her blog. I found her a few years ago and fell in love with her home and her taste! Then I got a chance to meet her a couple of years ago at the Haven blogging conference, and lucky for me, she was as sweet as she is talented. Cut to now and she is releasing a French decor book! A book, people! This is a blogger’s dream (or, at least this blogger’s dream!)

She sent me an early copy and I’m blown away. It is so utterly gorgeous! The style, the creativity, the photographs… I’m in love. And this is the kicker, it’s a DIY book with over 70 French Vintage inspired projects you can make yourself! All of her projects are crafts, but they are way beyond the average craft out there. They are unique, elegant, and French-y in the best way.

 

 

This cover alone speaks to Jamie’s stunning style. These are all projects she’s done, in her own charming French vintage style home.

And can I say as a generally “non-DIYer”? I’m so intrigued by some of these projects that I’m thinking of trying them myself! And even if you are not at all DIY inclined, the drool-worthy photos in this French decor book are worth looking at in and of themselves!

 

 

 

 

 

Throughout the book are also sprinkled stunning pictures of Provence and the French countryside and her casually elegant and oh-so-French home!
