It’s here my friends! This is the final week before the Big Reveal of the One Room Challenge next week – eek! It’s hard for me to believe that four whole weeks have already gone by! And though I still have quite a bit to pull together before the big day, I’m finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
Hi everyone! I’m back with a One Room Challenge update! This is Week 4 of the challenge and though I’ve made a lot of progress, I’m actually getting a little nervous about getting it all done in time. My main concern is that I haven’t chosen a paint color, and even worse, I haven’t even hired a painter! Eek!
You all know I love French farmhouse style, and one of the most frequent questions I get both through the blog and on Instagram is about where I find my French furniture pieces and accessories. And of course, you know how much I love to find those authentic vintage French pieces. I spend a lot of time doing vintage shopping, both online and at antique stores and flea markets.
Well, here it is, week 3 of the ORC already! How did that happen?! Boy if you ever want to speed up time, just join the One Room Challenge, haha!
This week has consisted of a lot of things, including ordering a ton of stuff! But although I have a pile of boxes in the corner of my master bedroom (the UPS guy is definitely on a first name basis now!), a lot is still on back order or yet to arrive! Eek! Some of my delivery dates are so close – let’s just cross our fingers that they arrive in time!
Do you love spring as much as I do?! To me, it is one of my favorite seasons. There is just something so lovely about the flower buds popping out, the grass turning green, and some sunshine on your face after a long (and in my case, wet) winter!
