I’ve been a little uninspired in the decorating department since taking all the Christmas decor down, but with Valentine’s Day coming soon, it’s the perfect excuse to break out some pretty pink decor! Today I’m joining some talented blogging friends for the Styled + Set Entertaining Blog Hop. If you’re coming here from our host, Lory of Designthusiam, I’m so glad you’re here!
Hi everyone! I’m sure many of you are busy decorating for the holidays or trying to get your shopping done. It’s such a busy season, but there is also something special and magical about the hustle and bustle of the holidays! For some of you, along with shopping, wrapping and decorating, you’ll also be hosting some kind of gathering as well. Whether it be Christmas Eve dinner, a fun dinner party for friends, or even New Year’s Eve, you may be looking for tablescape ideas. If so, this week of inspiration is the one for you! I’m joining the Styled + Set Holiday Entertaining Blog Tour, hosted by Lory of Designthusiasm.
Happy November! Today I’m sharing a warm and cozy Thanksgiving table using the rich colors of fall. And I’m joining some blogging friends who are also sharing their tables as well. This is my second Thanksgiving table this year and I wanted it to be quite different from my first! In fact, I love doing tablescapes and over the years have created quite a few! If you love setting tables, make sure you check out my free e-book with twelve of my favorites (one for each month of the year!)
Hi all and welcome to another round of Styled + Set! This holiday entertaining series is hosted by the talented Lory of Designthusiasm, and features 26 bloggers over four days for lots of Thanksgiving table inspiration!
I’ve done quite a few Thanksgiving tables over the years, not only from blogging, but also because I usually host and I love doing holiday tables. Tablescapes are such a fun, creative outlet for me and I love that they also elevate the celebration. There is just something about sitting down to a dinner at a pretty table that makes everything a little more special! If you feel the same way, you might want to check out my free e-book where I share twelve of my favorite tables (one for each month of the year!)
Hi everyone and welcome to our Fall Blog Hop. I’ve been very excited for this tour because I love table setting and entertaining, especially as fall and then the holidays roll around! If you love setting tables as well, check out my table settings and tips and advice in my new free e-book!
An arrangement I did last spring with white hydrangeas and seeded eucalyptus in a vintage ironstone pitcher. And the best thing about them? They work year-round in decorating. A lot of other flowers have a strong seasonal association. Peonies in the spring, paper whites in the winter, or gladiolas in the summer. But hydrangeas really are around most of the year, so they look great at any time, for any occasion.
Seriously?! Does it get any lovelier than this? I adore the white hydrangeas against the old wooden box. Via Debra Hall Lifestyle.
