A vintage bottlebrush tree in a little vignette with some books and my absolute favorite Christmas candle, Joie de Noel by Votivo. My bottlebrush trees are in every room and I have both vintage and repro – I love both!
More white bottle brush trees in a vintage silver tray. The chippy urn is also vintage. Another antique French urn filled with pine cones and eucalyptus. Candleholders are vintage silver. I love the look of the white chippy urn against the greens and browns. In the kitchen I went with a boxwood wreath. I love the look and the color they bring. I love decorating our range mantel – it’s one of my favorite ways of changing up the decor for the seasons. Here I kept it simple with a small white wreath, an ironstone platter, and two faux little pine trees.The little tree is a live small cypress from a local garden center. read more

I absolutely love decorating for Christmas. Growing up I couldn’t wait for the season to start, and I was usually the one bringing out the bins from the attic and putting out the decor. Christmas has such warm memories for me, and part of my decorating is not only to celebrate the season, but also to hopefully create those same warm memories for my own children. read more
