Hey everyone~ welcome to another French Country Fridays! Before we get into the post, I have to apologize. I don’t think I’ve ever gone a whole week without posting – until this week! And what’s funny is I’ve had more hectic weeks for sure. I’ve just been crazily organizing and purging and somehow, the week got away from me. I’ve been quite taken with the whole “tidying” craze, ie; “Marie Kondo-ing”!! What can I say? I’m completely hooked!
Hello friends and welcome to a very special French Country Fridays! I’m sure you’re wondering why I’m calling it “special” and that’s because this week is our 52nd FCF! Yes, it has been exactly a year since we began our little weekly French-inspired group posts!
French Country Fridays make me so happy! Not just because I love doing this post with my talented friends, but also because it means that it’s Friday and the weekend is almost here! Is there anything better than that feeling on Friday night when the work week is over and the whole weekend is spread out ahead of you?! Can you tell I’ve had a bit of a crazy week?! Really ready for our pizza and movie night (and maybe a second glass of wine 😉 )
Hi all, and welcome to our weekly dose of French-ish inspo, French Country Fridays! This past week has been a flurry of organizing here (my obsession with “tidying and “marie-kondoing” is continuing, haha!) Last week I did my entire kitchen, and this week is the pantry which has involved re-painting the inside shelves as it had never been done. I always get this purging and cleaning bug in January, how about you? Are you one to organize and start with a “clean slate” for the New Year?
Good morning friends, and Happy Best-Day-of-the-Week! We’ve been having tons of rain and some pretty cold weather lately (at least for California!) which is perfect for me this time of year. The minute it’s drizzly I love staying inside and cozying up under a blanket in front of the fire, or even better, continuing my organizing and purging!
Hello and welcome to the first French Country Fridays of 2019! How are you enjoying the New Year? Is your home still decorated for the holidays, or are you one of those who takes everything down the day after Christmas?
My holiday decor is down, but I haven’t got it completely cleaned up and put away quite yet. And I must confess, my house definitely feels pretty bare! I do love the feeling of cleaning and purging – you know that “clean slate for the New Year” thing, but I must admit it feels a little empty!
