I have always loved Fridays. The way that the whole weekend is spread out ahead of you, just full of possibility. There is just nothing like that feeling! We usually spend our Friday nights making homemade pizza and all watching a movie together, and it’s one of my absolute favorite things we do as a family. So, here’s to Fridays, and inspiring you with another week of French Country Fridays!
Hi everyone and welcome to another French Country Fridays! I hope you’ve all had a fun week. I’m actually writing this from Charleston which is where I am for the Haven conference – lots of good food, pretty streets, and humidity!
If you didn’t get a chance to check it out, my post on the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale went live this morning! I’m sharing all my top choices in women’s fashions and shoes! If you want great deals on brand-new-for-fall sweaters, coats, boots, shoes, and jeans, you have to check it out! You can find the post here.
Hi everyone and welcome to our French-ish inspired weekly series, French Country Fridays! I hope you all had a wonderful Fourth of July! Though I was disappointed that we didn’t get to celebrate and entertain friends here in our not-done-yet backyard, we managed to have a fun day nonetheless. But I would be lying if I said I wasn’t anxious to finish!
I so look forward to this day each week. Not only because we usually enjoy a family movie night, and because it’s sometimes a date “day” for my husband and I, but also because I love our French Country Fridays posts! I find so much inspiration from these talented women, and I hope you do, too!
Hi all, and welcome to French Country Fridays! This weekly series is where we share our French-ish decor ideas, entertaining tips, and design inspiration!
This week on the blog I’ve been all about tablescapes – easy and fun seasonal tablesettings that you can use for the Fourth of July, or anytime all summer. And I did my first ever video! This is a pretty big deal for someone who doesn’t even like their picture being taken. If you want to check it out, click on the link to my patriotic tablescape and you can see the post as well as the full video how-to.
Happy Best Day of the Week friends, and welcome to French Country Fridays! It’s been a bit crazy for me this week, I must confess! We are in the midst of our backyard/pool remodel and there have been several snafus, mishaps, and what have you. Every day there is someone needing my attention, telling me something, or needing me to show them where the turn off is for the water (oh, that would be because they jackhammered into not one, but two, water pipes, haha!) Needless to say, it’s been a bit hard to get any work done!
