French Country Fridays – Flowers, Wall Decor, Summer Tables & More
Hello friends and welcome to French Country Fridays! I sure hope you’re all hanging in there, staying safe and staying sane! 😉
This week was my birthday and I have to say, it was so lovely. Actually better than an average one, and I know that might seem surprising. But this is the thing. A typical, weekday birthday for me isn’t too different from a regular day.
The kids are at school, my husband is at work, I might be at a baseball game, or the grocery store … I can’t say that they usually stand out. But having everyone home and not as committed allowed us to really spend the day together. We got takeout and had a picnic in the park, we had friends over for a glass of wine (at a safe distance, of course!) and then we spent the evening together eating, laughing, and playing games. All in all, a pretty good quarantine birthday!
In the meantime, I shared a huge post with you all earlier this week! I finally shared all my tips and tricks for shopping for French farmhouse antiques. This was something some of you asked for earlier this year, and I’m so glad I finally got to share all my sources and secrets with you! If you missed it, check out How to Find French Farmhouse Antiques – for Less!
