Happy Friday all! I hope you’ve been having a good week so far. Today is the second installation of our new weekly series, French Country Fridays!
But before I share what all of us have been up to this week, I wanted to give you a little update on what’s been going on here at Maison de Cinq. Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad accident this past weekend – I managed to fall down our stairs and break my back. You know that saying “broken back”? Well, it’s an actual thing! The only reason I’m mentioning it is so that you won’t be surprised if my posting has slowed down a bit. It’s very difficult to type and/or blog because I can’t lie on my back and I definitely can’t sit! So, for the next couple of weeks I’ll be doing as much as I can but it may be a little less than the “norm.” I hope you’ll stay around during this time knowing that I will be back in full force in just a couple of weeks!
And in relation to that, I spoke last week about a giveaway which I am super excited to tell you about. However, I just couldn’t get it written this week, so hopefully next week I’ll be able to get it done. It’s a really good one and I’m anxious to share it with you, so stay tuned for that!
