Hello friends! How are you this week? Feeling relaxed and not rushed? Or slightly behind? Or crazy behind like I am?!
I wish I could say I was done with all my shopping and wrapping as well as holiday cards, but alas, that is not the case! The calendar this year has really messed me up – have you guys been feeling that? The period between Thanksgiving and Christmas is so short and I’m scrambling!
I’ve also been busy with work! Next week I’ll be sharing a yummy holiday cocktail as well as some holiday inspiration, my Christmas porch, and the guest room reveal! Can’t wait for you to see it all! If you missed any of our holiday content, you can find them all here.

THINGS I’M LOVING IN DESIGN/DECOR

Sharing some personal favorites, as well as a few gift ideas!
You guys know I love a good candle – especially at the holidays. Illume Balsam & Cedar is one of my absolute favorites and this large crackle glass version is in a gorgeous silver vessel and over 25% off, plus it’s huge! These last and last so it’s a great price. (There are lots of vessel options, make sure to click on ‘large crackle glass’)
Another fragrance I love at the holidays is peppermint (this is separate from my peppermint bark eating obsession, haha!) I just discovered Mrs. Meyer’s Peppermint dish soap and hand soap and I’m loving it! I usually buy the pine scent but this is a nice change, and the bottle looks so cute with my burgundy holiday palette! 😉

Speaking of Studio McGee, their Target line dropped a few new items this week and they’re soo good! I just bought this pedestal basket for the kitchen and I’m completely smitten! It’s a great price for this size and it will look so good holding fruit all year. This large glazed ceramic bowl is also wonderful. And they did a log holder again! I love ours and this one (30% off) is very similar to the one I bought a couple of years ago.
I’ve been eyeing this distressed planter/vase for years, and now it’s over 65% off! I’ve never seen it this low – thinking maybe that’s a sign that I should finally get it!
This marble cook book holder is on my wish list this year, and that price is amazing! (Even on sale, it’s almost twice that price at McGee!) Would make a great gift, too.
These scalloped marble bowls are such versatile decor. I love mine and they’re great for gifts (and the large size is 25% off!) The small is perfect as a trinket dish for jewelry and I use the medium on the coffee table.
A couple of holiday finds: I fell in love with these faux juniper clippings (they look so real) and they’re now 20% off and this pretty pinecone wreath is 50% off now!

THINGS I’M WEARING/WANTING
Since I know you all probably have a few events to go to, and I’m still looking for a couple of things, I thought I’d share a few more fab holiday attire finds!
Personally I love the idea of a velvet jean! It’s something that can be dressed up or down and worn in lots of different ways. Just ordered these stunning wide leg velvet jeans in burgundy (above – on sale!) and can’t wait to get them! If you prefer straight, these black straight leg velvet jeans are great and also on sale!
You could pair them with a festive top like this pretty option or this slightly dressier tulle ruffleneck top (under $30!)
Another great option is a pleated skirt. They look great dressed down with a pretty sweater, or dress them up with a fancier top or blazer. I own and love this pleated skirt in black (now over 50% off!) but I also love it in the gray/silver, and this similar option looks very flattering.
I own these kitten pumps in solid black and they are so comfortable that I ordered them in the cute mesh dot style for the holidays!
Looking for a cute evening bag like I am? This one is a tried-and-true favorite (on sale now) and I just bought this satin bag and love it! It’s a dupe for The Row bag and at under $50 is a steal! Looks so much more expensive than it is!
And for a holiday party, I have to go with a rich red nail polish (there’s a great burgundy in this line too!)

THINGS I’M WATCHING/READING
Have you guys seen Wicked? I’ve heard such good things and am dying to see it! We actually went to the theater over Thanksgiving weekend (we were seeing something else) and it was packed! It’s been so nice to read about theaters doing well again.
And did you know that the tulip field is real??? They planted over 9 million tulips to create it!
THINGS I’M EATING/DRINKING
Since the holidays are almost upon us holiday cocktails are in order don’t you think?! Last year I shared this Pomegranate Gimlet (above) which is delicious and so easy to make! (Plus, you get to make it in a coupe glass!)
Another one of my absolute favorites is my Cranberry Whiskey Sour! It’s become a holiday tradition!
