Welcome to Friday Favorites, a series where we share our favorite decor, design inspiration, fashion finds, TV shows, recipes and more!

Are you guys getting spring weather yet? Our weather has been beautiful this week and I’ve relished eating lunch outside and having the French doors open! (Lord knows I can’t do that once summer hits!)

We also found out that our foster dog is officially ours!! I’m not sure if I shared about him here, but for those of you on Instagram, you know that he came to us in February for what was described as “a few weeks, possibly forever.” Well, it was very unsure right up until the end, but Winston’s now part of our family! He’s another Golden Retriever, this time an English cream. It’s so nice to have a furry soul here again! 🙂

THINGS I’M LOVING IN DESIGN/DECOR

I’m loving the warm and cozy vibe of this elevated lake house!

You guys! This classic Provence-style planter might be the absolute deal of the century! It is currently 80% off – a great price for such great quality. (This find was sent in by a reader – thank you Debbie!)

I’ve been wanting a wicker tray with domed lid forever and this one is nice quality and now on sale! They’re so good for serving during summer and keeping the flies away.

Are you hosting any gatherings for Memorial Day next weekend? If you’re looking for some new, cute things this versatile runner these floral napkins (20% off) are adorable and could work all summer, this serving bowl (half off!) is so pretty, and I’m totally crushing on this adorable striped runner (20% off), and these wreaths are about the cutest thing ever!

This is such a random find, but Nancy Meyers’ daughter (who I follow on IG) shared these adorable personalized cups last week and I’m completely smitten! They’d be so cute for a bathroom to hold toothbrushes, or as drinking glasses for kids or grandkids! 

This outdoor rug is one of my favorites and it’s almost 80% off!!

I’d love to find a console table for the back patio – a place to serve drinks from, to hold food, and when we’re not entertaining, display plants. This teak console table gets rave reviews, or I’m thinking of this solid teak wood cart (I like that I’d be able to move it).

Random Amazon find: just ordered this mattress pad as ours was in pretty bad shape and we love it (also recommended by Nancy Meyers’ daughter!)

THINGS I’M WEARING/WANTING

This week the heavily anticipated Tuckernuck and Studio McGee partnership launched! I’m not only a huge fan of Shea McGee’s design but she’s also got great style! (She’s also fun to follow on IG as she shares a lot of fashion in her stories).

The whole line is lovely, but a few are standouts to me: loving this classic striped sweater (the brown is so good!), this pretty floral linen skirt, and this gorgeous white linen blazer. I imagine this line will sell out fast! See the whole collection here. 

Another Tuckernuck find, but more reasonable than her line – love the style of this white dress!

This crochet sweater tank is pretty and so flattering, and a steal at under $50!

Love this relaxed cotton cardigan (30% off now!) 

This versatile linen top (30% off) would be perfect for vacation, as well as the rest of the summer. 

I’ve been wanting a pair of brown slides so I’ve been on the hunt. This leather pair is a great price, these espadrille slides are unique (and 30% off), and these come highly recommended.

THINGS I’M WATCHING/READING

Have you guys watched The Pitt? It’s a new medical drama in the vein of E.R., starring Noah Wylie. I am not normally a big fan of medical shows, but I kept hearing about it again and again so we had to try it. And it is definitely worth the hype! 

The catch is that each episode covers one hour of a 15-hour shift at the hospital. So the season will actually just cover one entire day. Intense!

 

THINGS I’M EATING/DRINKING

As soon as it starts warming up, I’m all about a yummy summer cocktail! If you’re looking for a new one, this Creamy Strawberry Gin Cocktail (above) I made last year is still one of my favorites. (and it would be perfect for Memorial Day!)

And since I’m a strawberry lover, here are a few other yummy sounding strawberry recipes: this Strawberry & Graham Cracker Crumble Ice Cream looks amazing, we love this Green Salad with Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette and is there anything more delicious than a Classic Strawberry Shortcake?!
