Spring is finally here! Or, at least it was for a few days. It was sunny and mid-70s and I was deliriously happy! But now we’re due for more rain starting tomorrow. I guess the good news is that should be good for my garden, right? 😉
Even though it didn’t last, it’s really gotten me in the mood for warm weather, wearing sandals, eating outdoors – all my favorite things!
And today I’m sharing some of those favorite things so let’s get on with Friday Favorites!

THINGS I’M LOVING IN DESIGN/DECOR

I love anything woven, like wicker, rattan or seagrass, year round. But it’s especially evocative of spring and summer to me. Just one piece in a room makes it feel springy, while also bringing in warmth.
These rattan footed vessels are stunning (and priced really well!), this rattan console basket is useful and pretty, this scalloped rattan bowl is perfection!, I adore these woven salad servers (makes a great gift – and they’re on sale, too!), and this rattan display shelf would look adorable in an office!
Looking for a beautiful outdoor side table under $200? This one is so chic!
I saw someone share this pretty cabinet on Instagram and I’m smitten. She had two side by side in an office and it looked so good! Love the color.
Love this updated but not-too-modern upholstered dining chair (gets amazing reviews!)
McGee dropped their summer line this week! Things that caught my eye were these darling planters that feel slightly French, and these stoneware vases – they’re so pretty and unique!

THINGS I’M WEARING/WANTING
I’m loving chocolate brown for spring this year! It looks soo good with white, while also playing well with denim, pale blues, and beiges. And of course it looks beautiful with straw anything!
I saw this linen blend dress (above) in store at Nordstrom this week and it’s absolutely adorable! Also love this beautiful linen dress, and this sundress looks comfortable and easy.
I’ve especially been wanting a brown linen shirt to go with white jeans and just ordered this one.
This linen polka-dot skirt (30% off) is so cute!
And we have to talk woven shoes! They are so popular right now and you can find them at every price point. Plus, they’re perfect for spring and summer! Love these slingback flats, (on sale here!), this Mary Jane is perfection or try these popular Mary Jane’s that give a similar look for less, or if you want a slight heel, I love this style!
I haven’t worn foundation in like 6 years. This wasn’t planned, mind you, but between the pandemic and my old foundation being discontinued, it kinda just happened! I use a tinted moisturizer for most days, but I really wanted to get a new foundation for nights out, events, etc. After hearing over and over again about how great Armani’s Luminous Silk Foundation is, I took the plunge and wow, it really does live up to the hype! (it’s also recommended as a top choice for mature skin)
Love a white purse for spring as much as I do? This shoulder bag is a steal at this price!
Last week’s best sellers: this classic linen blazer and this adorable gingham blouse.
THINGS I’M WATCHING/READING
We loved the first season of Friends & Neighbors (AppleTV), so I was eagerly waiting for season 2 which just dropped last week, and it did not disappoint! The writing is so good; it’s witty, irreverent, and sometimes, deep.
And I love all the main actors, especially Jon Hamm and Amanda Peet. If you never saw the first season, you should! Literally can’t wait for another episode tonight!
THINGS I’M EATING/DRINKING
We tried a new recipe this week, this Chili Crisp Salmon Bowl with Avocado Mango Salsa and it was really good! It will definitely go into our summer rotation!
