I’m pretty sure I know what you’re thinking ~ at least those of you who’ve been reading for awhile, haha! I’ve been promising this post for awhile now, and it’s finally here! Today I’m so excited to be sharing my backyard and pool renovation reveal!
Hello and welcome to French Country Fridays!
I have always loved Fridays. The way that the whole weekend is spread out ahead of you, just full of possibility. There is just nothing like that feeling!
We usually spend our Friday nights making homemade pizza and all watching a movie together, and it’s one of my absolute favorite things we do as a family. And with my son leaving for college in two short months (sniff, sniff), I’m soaking up as much time with them as I can. So, here’s to Fridays, movies, and family time!
I know some people love to have a dining set. I have friends (and some clients) who don’t even want to mix woods in a room! But I’m quite the opposite. I love the creativity that a mix of woods, paint colors or styles affords you. And one of the most fun ways to achieve that mix is by mixing dining chairs. It adds character and interest that you simply can’t get with a matching set!
Hello friends, and welcome to another installment of French Country Fridays!
Can you believe the summer is already about half way over?! The first of my kids go back to school in a month!! That makes me want to do more summery things – many of which I haven’t done enough, or at all! So here’s to more beach days, ice cream cones, picnics, and outdoor entertaining. And if you missed my post yesterday, I shared a pretty (and pretty easy!) summer wine and cheese party idea!
This post was sponsored by Bed, Bath, and Beyond, but my love for their products is completely genuine and the opinions all my own. 🙂
Summer entertaining. Two of my favorite words – and they’re especially good when strung together, don’t you think?!
UPDATE: JULY 24TH!!
So now that the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is open to the public, I’m back for an update! As I mentioned before, things sell out fast so some of what I recommended is gone. But the good news is, many of my items are still in stock – yay! And for the things that are gone, I was able to find similar options for most of them! You’ll still want to use your Nordstrom card if you have one so you can get the points. In fact, I usually use my Anniversary Sale shopping day(s) as one of my double or triple point days to rack up those Nordstrom notes!
