Happy Friday all! How are you in this last minute hustle and bustle of the holidays?! Are you still out there braving the crowds, or are you a “done early” kind of person?! I would say I’m a little of both, haha! I’m all done shopping (finally!) but am probably busily wrapping as you read this! My son’s last day of school is today so I’m feeling like the holidays can finally begin!
I’m so excited to share this post with you as it is one of my favorites of the whole year. I’m joining some blogging friends for a very unique tour – the Christmas Nights Tour! Thank you to my friends Kristen of Ella Claire and Courtney of French Country Cottage for putting this tour together this year!
It’s that time of year! The holidays are here, which for many of us means entertaining. Not only hosting various parties, get togethers, or dinners, but if you’re like me, out-of-town guests are also a part of the season.
Of course, when guests come I always want the house to be clean. Washing sheets and re-making beds and the like are part of it, but I also like to make sure my floors are absolutely clean. We have many friends (and some family members) who are allergic to dogs, so I like to make sure that my floors are clean and fur free. So today I thought I’d share some holiday cleaning tips for getting your floors as clean as possible!
Hello friends and welcome to French Country Fridays! I hope you’re all enjoying the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, but without too much craziness! I’ve had a few friends say on Instagram that they are done with their shopping! What?!! Seriously, I’m only about half way done, but I am so in awe of these people who get it all done so early! And I never wrap gifts early either which is something I definitely need to work on, haha! My husband and I are always crazily wrapping right at the bitter end!
For years I kept bringing out the same Christmas decor, year after year. I never really changed much aside from adding a new ornament here and there. However, now I really relish changing things up a little. It’s amazing how a few new things, an added style, or just a new color can make it all feel so much fresher!
Well, I shared my final tour of the year yesterday – though that doesn’t mean I’m not still looking at Christmas inspiration! I don’t know about you, but I love getting ideas from other designers and bloggers. Not only do I hop around the tours I’m in to get inspired by the other bloggers who are there, but I also can’t stop pinning this time of year!
