I don’t know about all of you, but my husband and I definitely don’t do a big Valentine’s Day anymore. Gone are the years where a dozen roses appeared and a fancy dinner was had. And I’m fine with it. I actually love that we just do cards or small gifts, and sometimes a nice dinner at home.
Well, it’s only a little over two weeks until Christmas (how did that happen?!) and I know this is when the stress levels can really go up. Between ordering cards, hosting events with family and friends, having to bake or bring food to parties, and decorating our own houses, sometimes gift-giving can feel like a chore. However, I’m here to say it doesn’t have to be! I know there are people who don’t relish the job of hunting for gifts, but I actually love it. And filling the stockings is one of my favorite things to do! My husband and I still fill each other’s stockings and I bet we will even when the kids are gone!
As promised, today I’m sharing Part Two of my Holiday Gift Guide! Hopefully you read Part One which I posted last Friday. As I mentioned in that post, my holiday gift guide is so extensive I decided to split it into two parts. Friday, I released the Men, Women, and Teens sections and today, I’m concentrating on personality types. So whether you have a fashionista sister, homebody mother, or a foodie friend, I’ve got the right gift for you!
It’s that time of year again; the gift-giving season is officially upon us! And let’s face it, a lot of us struggle when it comes to getting the right gift for all the people on our holiday gift list. Whether it’s the hard-to-buy-for boss, finding the perfect hostess gift, or even buying for our own families, it can be a challenge. So to help alleviate that problem, this year I’ve compiled a comprehensive holiday gift guide for everyone on your list – by category!
Frasier Fir by Thymes is exactly like it sounds; with a “just cut forest fragrance.” Soy-based.White Fir by Trapp is another forest-y scent. Soy-based.
This candle is a new one for me this year and is actually hand-made by a friend. Frosted Spruce by Wynn & Roo smells like fresh greenery with just a hint of citrus. Soy-based.
