Good morning friends! Today I’m sharing my French Inspired Christmas Tour ~ Living Room. I’m so excited to be joining the Holiday Housewalk hosted by Jennifer Rizzo for the first time ever! This is always a gorgeous tour, and it has been around for nine years now. There are 7 of us sharing today, but there are more posting through Friday so be sure to stop back and get inspired all week long.
We’ve all heard the saying, I know, so you may think my answer doesn’t seem terribly original. But I am really not kidding when I say we chose our house for the location, because, it’s almost the only reason to have chosen it!
Today I’m sharing the back story of our house and why we chose it, and I’m joining 13 other bloggers who are also sharing their “Why I Chose My House” stories! This blog hop is hosted by my friend Jennifer of Town and Country Living.
Here I am with more Christmas inspiration for you! Today I’m joining a few friends sharing their homes decorated for the holidays as part of the Home for the Holidays Tour.
I seem to be decorating bit by bit this year, which I actually kind of like. Usually I try to get it all done at once, but that does take a few days and it gets a bit overwhelming. This year I’ve done it slowly. I started with my kitchen first, and then my entry way, and yesterday, I shared my living room all decked out for the season. Hi and happy Wednesday! Today I’m excited to be joining a fun summer home tour hosted by Krista of The Happy Housie. If you’re coming here from my friend Jamie’s, welcome! She has such fabulous French vintage style!
As I shared in my living room tour a couple of weeks ago, summer has a special place in my heart. That feeling of less responsibility, long hours of daylight, and lazy afternoons takes me back to my childhood and simpler times. And Krista’s Seasonal Simplicity Summer tour is a celebration of just that, which I love!
Today I’m excited to share my French Country summer home tour with you! In fact, I’m just excited about summer in general. I know when August comes and it’s blazing hot, I may regret wishing for it, but I can’t help myself.

A few weeks ago I got an email inviting me (along with several other bloggers) on a private tour of the HGTV® Dream Home 2018 in Gig Harbor, Washington. And let me tell you, that was an email I did not ignore! I had to actually read it twice before I could even believe it was real! I am so honored to have been chosen and given this amazing opportunity. This is the kind of thing every blogger dreams of, and it was truly a dream experience!
