I woke up today to a wonderfully exciting email letting me know that Maison de Cinq had made the cut of the Top 35 Home Design Blogs You Don’t Want to Miss awarded by Quality Bath! Being named a Top Home Design Blog was quite a surprise, and I am so thrilled to be included with such amazing company!     Often times blogging can be a lonely and isolating career. You don’t get praise from co-workers, or get a raise, or have any way of knowing when you’re doing a good (or bad!) job. So when these honors come, it is pretty validating! I feel not only flattered, but so rewarded that people respond to my blog. It’s such a good feeling to know that Maison de Cinq has touched them in some way.   Whether I’ve given someone a decorating idea, a fun tablescape they want to try, shared a design trend they didn’t know about, or simply made them laugh, it feels so good to know people are out there reading! And on that note, I also want to thank you, my loyal readers and subscribers!
