For this year’s Warm and Cozy Fall Home Tour, I’m joining 15 bloggers to bring you some wonderful fall decorating inspiration. If you are coming here from Edith & Evelyn Vintage, welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Cindy has such a beautiful home – I’m always in awe of her talent and her elegant French style.
Hello everyone and welcome to our monthly blog hop where we talk styling and design ideas with you! This month we have 10 bloggers participating and we’re all sharing ideas for Valentine’s Day decor and entertaining. Today I am so excited to be joining the most amazing group of bloggers for the Styled + Set Blog Tour: Valentine’s Day Entertaining! This wonderful tour is hosted by Lory of Designthusiasm (thank you Lory!) and features 30 bloggers sharing decorating ideas and inspiration for Valentine’s Day. There will be 6 bloggers a day, for 5 days, so check back during the week to see all the inspiration! And if you are coming here from The French Garden House, welcome! I am so glad to have you here.
Welcome to my fall home tour, and if you have come over from Fox Hollow Cottage, hello and welcome! I am so excited to be participating in the Autumn’s in the Air blog hop with eleven of my very favorite bloggers. Each of us is featuring some of our favorite things for Fall. Some are doing tablescapes, some are doing a room or two, and some a full fall home tour. I think you will see some very beautiful and inspiring spaces as these girls are good!
Every year I bring out the red, white, and blue decorations right before Memorial Day, and I usually keep them out through July 4th. I treat the whole month as a “patriotic” season! Also, since we usually have people over for one or the other of these holidays, I wanted to put together a patriotic tablescape that could work for either one. I love the crispness of red, white and blue, and of course I want to honor the holiday, but I also didn’t want to go too overboard. So, I included a few flags, but not too many, and concentrated on the combination of colors. I may do something a little more decorated for the 4th, but for this weekend, I wanted to keep it simple. Perfect for Memorial Day, Labor Day or even just a summer bbq!
Today I am opening my doors and sharing my holiday home decor with you as part of the Holiday Home Tour hosted by The Avery Grace! I am one of eighteen bloggers and businesses asked to join and and I am so thrilled!
I absolutely love decorating for Christmas. Growing up I couldn’t wait for the season to start, and I was usually the one bringing out the bins from the attic and putting out the decor. Christmas has such warm memories for me, and part of my decorating is not only to celebrate the season, but also to hopefully create those same warm memories for my own children. Much of what I have is something we use over and over; ornaments and decor that we’ve used year after year. I love the traditions that the season brings, and the meaning that those traditions bring. So welcome to our home, and come on in!
